Koshlong Lake
Koshlong Lake is a beautiful lake minutes from Haliburton County and features a few small islands that add to the charm of the lake.
Koshlongake is also perfect for swimming and provides scenic hiking opportunities in the surrounding forests, where local wildlife such as birds and deer can often be spotted. Koshlong Lake is home to 220 shoreline properties though over half of the shoreline remains undeveloped, leaving lots of natural beauty. During the winter, the area transforms into a snowy paradise, ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Just a short drive away is the town of Haliburton.
