Troy Austen has been a sales representative for RE/MAX since 1996, just recognized for his 30th Anniversary, he has been awarded Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame and most recently the Circle of Legends Awards. In 2015, Troy was a founder of Team Haliburton Highlands which quickly became Haliburton's number one real estate team, and in 2021 he and his Team attained the Pinnacle Club Team Award – the highest Team Award available at RE/MAX. Troy leads his current team with that same winning ethos, expertise and dedication to excellence.

As a 5th generation Haliburton County resident, there's no place Troy hasn't personally explored. His love for the outdoors has nourished his knowledge of what this picturesque landscape has to offer and what prospective buyers can expect from the different lakes. He also has the previous experience of building and selling spec cottages on lakefront developments.

Vince Duchene has been a professional Realtor/Broker for 40 years, first becoming licensed in 1986.

An annual award-winning Realtor, Vince has consistently received Top 10 honours among Individual Agents in Muskoka and Haliburton. He was Co-Broker/Owner of RE/MAX in Haliburton from 1994, where he helped build the brokerage from 5 to 35 agents and brought RE/MAX into the #1 market-share position in 2004.

Moving to Haliburton at the age of 7, Vince has always loved the close-knit lifestyle and community of the area. He married the love of his life, Chris, in 1988, and together they raised their two children, Matthew and Jessica, in Haliburton.

If the name “Duchene” sounds familiar, it may be because Vince's son, Matt Duchene, is a professional hockey player in the NHL, currently playing with the Dallas Stars. Learn more about Matt Duchene here.

Now living on Redstone Lake, Vince is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys project managing new builds, renovations, and landscaping. He brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge to real estate, providing professional advice to Sellers and Buyers on how to maximize value.

Amanda was born and raised in Toronto and graduated from Queen's University in 2012. With a lifelong connection to cottage country, she purchased her first waterfront property on Redstone Lake at just 25 years old and has spent the past 12 years immersed in the Haliburton Highlands lifestyle.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2020, Amanda built a successful career in fashion buying, where she developed a discerning eye for quality, design, and value. Today, she specializes in luxury home and waterfront property sales, combining market expertise with a refined understanding of what makes an exceptional property.

Known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach, Amanda is passionate about connecting clients with homes and cottages that complement their lifestyle while delivering a seamless, highly personalized experience. She can also be seen hosting episodes of the A&E television series Lakefront Luxury, where she showcases some of Ontario's most exceptional waterfront properties and the unique lifestyle they offer.

Marion has worked in real estate administration and marketing for over 40 years assisting both brokerage offices and individual sales representatives. Her long-time dedication for the business has made her an invaluable asset to both team members and clients.

Victoria was born and raised in Woodstock. She and her husband Jason recently moved to Haliburton County with their 3 young children and are working on renovating their home. Since moving to the County, Victoria has joined the board for Minden Skating Club, and can often be found at the rink watching their daughter figure skate.

Victoria has worked in real estate industry for the past several years. Her knowledge of all aspects of real estate administration is vast including Marketing, Agent Rebranding, and Finance.
